Here we have another example of our collaborative relationship with high-end cabinet makers, Halstock. The location of this project was at Exton Park Vineyard, where lovers of fine wine can experience the indulgence of 60 acres of Hampshire through their private tastings, member-only events and exquisite spaces.
We might know a thing or two about cocktails, but when it comes to cabinet making and brass, we know exactly how to mix the perfect formula.
We were hugely excited to catch a glimpse of one of our projects in the recent BBC documentary series, My Life as a Rolling Stone. There (right of the opening shot) in the background of Huntsman, one of Charlie Watts’ favourite Savile Row tailors, stood our AND rolling library ladder.
Having worked on retractable, rolling library ladder projects for interior design studio Covet Noir in the recent past, we were delighted to hear from them again, this time, looking for another ladder and rails in a similar finish.
We were contacted via Instagram by interior design company, Covet Noir, who had a very specific idea for a bespoke rolling library ladder.
We were approached by interior design company Erik Munro with a concept for a bespoke copper and brass cooker hood.
With ready-prepared mood boards illustrating their ideas, we could clearly see what they wanted to achieve and were delighted to be working with them on this project.
When we think of the word bronze, we often conjure images of beautiful art works of behemoth proportions, vast Henry Moore, or Barbara Hepworth sculptures. However, in our world of bespoke furniture and storage design, bronze and bronze colour and finish, has many other applications and meanings.
