Description
These ladders are designed to be used with our Andrew Nebbett Designs hook-on or rolling-style ladder rails. Made from blackened steel and polished brass, they are fully designed and made in-house by our team in our workshop in Devon, England.
To order:
- Simply measure the distance between the finished floor (i.e. not from floor-boards or under-lay, only measure from the final top flooring e.g. carpet or wooden top flooring) to the centre-line of the ladder rail when it is mounted on your cabinetry (bookcase/kitchen cabinets/wardrobes etc).
- These ladders are priced based on rail height ranges; up to 2350mm or between 2350mm to 2900mm . With your measurement, select the correct rail height range from the drop-down box to reveal the ladder price.
- Then fill in the ‘required’ text-box field with the exact measurement (between the finished floor and the centreline of rail when mounted on the cabinetry) .
NOTE:
- All ladders will be constructed to provide an angle of incline which is representative of the “Four-in-One” rule. For more information on this please read here. (If you require a different angle of incline to reduce the projection of the ladder into the room (e.g. to minimise floor-space), please contact us to discuss.) To calculate the amount of space the ladder will project into the room at its base, on the floor (when constructed to the Four-in-One rule); very approximately, take the height of the centreline of the ladder rail from the floor and divide this by 4.
- These ladders are made to order and are supplied in gun-barrel steel (blackened steel) and polished brass.
Through our Bespoke service we can supply this item in alternative finishes including nickel plated brass (shiny silver), antiqued brass and bronze coloured to name a few. Please contact us for further details.
