Working with a long-standing client and cabinet-maker, we were delighted to collaborate on another project for two bespoke pieces intended for his and hers dressing rooms. The brief was to create a brass hook-on library ladder and rails, with square tube stringers (a more unusual design) and rounded rungs, plus a large round brass mirror frame to tie in with the couple’s existing interior scheme.
The Satin Brass Oval Worktop was to fit flawlessly against a black quartz worktop to create a stunning breakfast bar island embellished with satin brass panels (also produced by our team) and cabinet handles to perfect the overall design.
In any well-equipped games room, you are likely to find a billiards table of some kind, be it snooker or pool for example. Until recently, one such room was incomplete without its very own billiard room console table!
Metals such as brass, nickel and chrome have featured on fixtures and fittings for years, but metal surfaces such as cupboard doors and frames are becoming an ever-increasing choice for many parts of the home.
Choosing to live with a piece of furniture which incorporates a uniquely patinated metal surface is perhaps most easily described as starting a relationship with a new friend, who will reveal their full personality to you ‘one event at a time’.
An International, high-end interior design company, based in London, engaged Andrew Nebbett Designs to design and produce a luxurious and bespoke, soft brass, mirror and glass display cabinet. It became a focal point for one of their client’s exclusive new kitchens.
